My 'new' workout routine

New in quotes since it's kinda the same routine I would always follow, when I was following the routine. The hard part is always following the routine over a period of time.
I'll put it in here, and if someone else ever reads this, please, feel free to reach out at my email address and see how well I'm following the routine. Keep me honest, cuz I sure can't!
Pre Workout routine
- Wake up around 6am-ish. Will try for a little earlier over the summer, will be easier then.
- Take the dog out for a walk and potty, then feed when we're back.
- Steep some tea, drink some tea, along with creatine.
- Take a slow walk into the basement where the weights are.
Workout Routine
Doing full body push pull split since I never stick with it long enough to graduate to focusing on specific muscle groups.
Push Day (A)
- Stretching
- Bench press
- Dumbbell Shoulder Press
- Chair Dips
Pull Day (A)
- Stretching
- Deadlift
- Shoulder Shrug
- Dumbbell Back Fly
Push Day (B)
- Stretching
- Squat
- Dumbbell Lateral Shoulder Raise
- Skullcrusher
Pull Day (B)
- Stretching
- Pull Ups
- Bent Over Row
- Bicep Curl
Post Workout Routine
- Protein Shake (Whole Milk, Protein Powder, Tbsp of Peanut Butter, maybe banana if I have it)
- Shower
- Rest of my day
